Covid-19 Statement
As you know, the State of Ohio has required Hair Salons to close until an undetermined amount of time during the Covid-19 crisis (Currently May 1st.) If you have an appointment before May 1st, please consider it cancelled. If you should still get an automated message confirming your appointment, please disregard. Although we can manually go in to cancel the appointment to avoid these automatic reminders, we are wanting to avoid doing that so we can refer to the schedule in an effort to reschedule once this is lifted based on who was affected first.
We will continue to monitor the situation as well as customer and employee personal opinion of safety revolving around the Covid-19 situation. We will personally reach out to each of you to keep you updated on when we feel safe to operate.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we are just as frustrated as you as this develops and are learning as we go along.
